Kaplan Leadership Initiative
Cultivating the Next Generation of Jewish Community Leaders
Former Soviet Union
Shape your Jewish community — with a global network to guide you.
To meet the challenges facing modern Jewish communities, young leaders need to be confident, innovative and flexible.
The Kaplan Leadership Initiative was launched to give those leaders the tools they need to march their communities into the future. Jewish community professionals from the Former Soviet Union, Latin America and Europe all find a home here, gaining knowledge, inspiration, support and access to a global network of peers.
Our program combines Jewish learning with leadership training, plus community development, and professional skills.
To empower the next generation of local Jewish leaders to guide their communities into the future through collaboration and innovation.
